In addition to launching our new and improved website, we have also developed and are now launching our new QR support site. From March 23 all of our actuators will arrive with a QR code label applied to the base of the actuators. The QR code can be scanned using the camera on your smart phone or tablet and this will load the bespoke support site. The idea is that this is non sales based site that only has one aim and that is to support the customer/ engineer on site installing the product. 

The QR code will take you to the specific product that you have and show you all and any support documentation that is available for that product, this will typically include:

• Wiring diagram and general technical datasheet
• Installation, Operation and Maintenance PDF
• 3D files 
• Certification such as CE, RoHS and any other product certification
• Video support - coming soon
